The service I received was very good as I was informed that the product would not be in stock as anticipated. However, it did arrive in plenty of time for my great niece's birthday. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

I have most of the jellycat bunnies, but wanted this one as it is wearing a lovely dress!
