How do I exchange my order..?

If you've purchased the wrong size Jellycat toy, or would simply like a decliciously different design, then the quickest & easiest thing to do is simply place a new order that can be despatched immediately. Then, to return your original order, simply follow our instructions below for returning your Jellycat.

How do I return my order..?

Please complete the form below so that we can issue you with a returns number. Once issued, simply return your order within 10 days to the address on your receipt. We suggest using the Royal Mail for returns as it’s the most cost effective option for you, plus you can obtain a free of charge ‘certificate of posting’ from the post office which will safe guard you against loss.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product(s) to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 14 days of receipt. If you return your order in full, this includes the basic saver delivery charge.
